Do I need previous experience?

Can I join after menopause or hysterectomy?
Yes. Women at different stages of life are welcome. The language and meditation can be adapted to your womb story and your relationship with your pelvic space.
What if I do not see images or feel a release?
Your experience may be quiet or expressive. There is no particular vision, sensation or emotional response you need to produce.
