What is Sekhem

In the language of ancient Egypt, Sekhem means “spiritual might” or “living power” — the life force that animates all of creation, and the same energy the priests and priestesses of Kemet are said to have channelled in their healing temples.
Sacred tradition holds that this wisdom came to Egypt from the stars of Sirius, and was preserved in the temples before being rediscovered in modern times.
Sekhem is often described as an ancestor of Reiki — carrying a similar essence, but at a higher, more expansive frequency. Where Reiki soothes, Sekhem awakens.

Is this online or in person?
Online — held live over video, so you can receive your healing from anywhere in the world.
Do I need to have done Reiki or energy work before?
No. Sekhem meets you exactly where you are. All you need is a quiet space and an open heart.
How does distance healing work?
Energy isn't bound by distance. We connect live online, and you rest in your own space while Arti channels the healing to you.
What do I need for my session?
A quiet, private space where you won't be disturbed, a device with a stable internet connection, and headphones if possible. Lying down or sitting comfortably is perfect.
How is Sekhem different from Reiki?
They share a similar essence, but Sekhem comes from an older Egyptian lineage and carries a higher, more expansive frequency. Many people describe it as stronger and more awakening.
Will I feel something?
Every session is different — some people feel an immediate shift, others notice things unfolding gently in the days after. There's no right way to experience it.
Is this a replacement for medical care?
